Groups in Massachusetts can use the ballot to make law and to amend the state constitution.

Unlike many advocacy groups, our ballot initiatives have focused on using the state's legally binding petition process, and has gathered signatures only from registered voters.

**<font 28px/inherit;;inherit;;inherit>Our last statewide petition was in 2020</font>**

Over the years, the state's Attorney General declined to "certify" our petition claiming that "Corporations Are People"! She didn't say that while she was running for office!
