PassMassAmendment is a statewide ballot initiative proposing to amend the Massachusetts Constitution and protect free speech and the rights of The People by restricting political spending by corporate entities. In short; we are saying “Corporations Are Not People, Money Is Not Speech”. We believe that our democracy is at risk, influenced by the enormous sums of money being spent by a very few in politics. We, The People of The Commonwealth, are allowed to amend our State constitution by ballot, and, so, this is what we must do, now. As PassMassAmendment builds a network of petitioners to collect signatures, we need you to join us. Our aim is to use established legal process to bring our proposed reform to a statewide vote while urging our Legislators to act on our behalf. This is the battle of our age. Can you spare a few hours to help save our democracy? PassMassAmendment has just 8 weeks, starting in September, to make it happen, here, in Massachusetts.

PassMass aims to clarify the Bay State's Constitution based on “Corporations Are Not People, Money Is Not Speech”. We believe that our very democracy is at risk, threatened by the enormous sums of money being spent by corporate Mega-Donors to influence every decision made by our government.
